Specific Offerings Include:
Give us a desk with the team for 90 workings days (approximately 3 – 4 months). An Associate will work, learn, practice, coach, and mentor together as a team develops, configures and delivers value. By embedding the coach can interact with the whole team to conduct ad-hoc training and leadership sessions, develop and execute exercises for the team to perform, and transfer knowledge of agile directly without costly meetings.
In addition to providing agile coaching during the immersion, the associate will contribute as a Scrum Master, BA, and/or tester to lead by example.
This service and be delivered in-person or remotely based on client needs and technology limitations.
Immersion includes support for up to one year.
