A one day workshop that provides a deep dive into generating requirements and writing user stories. The material is fully customizable to fit the client’s approach to developing and maintaining software. Lecture and conversation are combined with hands-on activities that are geared to applying the knowledge gained to enable the team to perform more effectively immediately after the class. We recommend using real business needs to create, refine, groom, and prioritize user stories so the results of the workshop integrate directly into the delivery of work. In classes with mixed organizations, a case study example will be used during the class.
The workshop can be delivered in person or as a remote, instructor-led event.
